NWL SUMMER COSTS CONFERENCE 2025
Welcome to the Annual NWL Summer Costs Conference

We’re excited to have you join us for a day of learning, networking, and discussion with some of the leading voices in costs and litigation.

This year’s programme offers expert insight into the latest industry developments.

We’re honoured to welcome Professor Dominic Regan as our keynote speaker, alongside a brand-new fireside panel session featuring
Gemma McGungle (18 St John Street Chambers) and Erica Bedford (Kings Chambers), with opportunities to put forward your questions.

By attending today, you've also helped support the Frenkel Topping Charitable Foundation, which provides direct help to those who’ve experienced trauma without access to damages.

As a thank you, you’ve been entered into our raffle, which will be drawn at the end of the day!

We hope you enjoy the day and leave feeling informed, inspired, and connected.

Adam Fox
Director, NWL

The wine you’ve received today has been specially selected with care by Professor Dominic Regan, who shares a few thoughts below.

"The Wine Society is a real gem. I selected bottles from them for the recent EMG conference dinner, and the 2020 Exhibition Rioja had everyone, myself included, purring with joy."

The Saint-Chinian, from the hot hills of the South of France, is a gutsy red with notes of herbs and spices. It pairs beautifully with sausages or lamb, offering real depth and character.

Don’t be deceived by the simple label on the Greek white wine. Despite coming from such a hot country, it’s clean, aromatic and refreshingly light. A perfect match for grilled fish or a summer salad.
