Duncan has more than 20 years costs experience, including the establishment of his own costs firm.  He specialises in the preparation of Bills of Costs in Clinical Negligence and other areas of litigation, but also has considerable experience of preparing Costs Budgets, Points of Dispute, Replies and attendance at Detailed Assessment Hearings.
