Phil has almost 30 years costs experience and specialises in drafting large Bills of Costs and Costs Budgets, primarily in Clinical Negligence cases.     

He oversees the NWL specialist Costs Teams and is the go-to person for complex Costs Budgets. Phil also plays an active role in the running of the business.
