Tim heads up the NWL Bill Drafting and Budgeting Department and specialises in the preparation of large and complex Budgets and Bills of Costs in Commercial, Clinical and Professional Negligence matters.  Tim has prepared Costs Estimates for Costs Capping and Freezing Injunction Applications and has been involved in many high profile and reported cases.  Tim also regularly provides in-house training to Solicitor clients.
